Membership Information
Thank you for your interest in Dehart’s Hunting and Recreation Club. Membership time is upon us again. We have 2400 acres of private gated but no fenced leased land in Wildlife management unit 2G. With abundant population of deer, bear, turkey and grouse. Each member will receive an email containing gate code and a cell number in case of emergencies. This is a friendly well-run law-abiding club. We look forward to meeting each one of you and making new friends.
Club fees are yearly from April 1stst to March 31st, With no discount for late payment. Hunters have access to the grounds for that period. Recreational members may not use the property during active hunting times. Registration forms MUST BE SIGNED before you will receive new gate code. Please No Parking in the middle of the roads, they need to stay clear in case of emergencies. No ATV, UTV or Vehicles off logging roads or designated trails. ALL GATES SHOULD BE CLOSED BEHIND YOU AND RELOCKED! Anyone caught messing with Trail Cameras, Hunting Blinds or decoys will be turned over to the LAW! No Person will hunt within 500 yards or insight of another hunter 1st come 1st serve. NO EXCEPTIONS! Each member is limited to 2 tagged hunting locations NO EXCEPTIONS! All hunting spaces must be tagged with Name, Phone number and year date (2026-2027). IF you know someone is hunting in a location please do not walk thru their hunting space. All harvest must be reported to Clyde DeHart also If you need help tracking or retreating a wounded animal, please let me know also my cell number will be in the email with gate code.
This year fees are as follows:
Early Bird Hunting Membership $800.00 a year (must be paid before April 15th)
Standard Hunting $1000.00 a year (Paid after April 15th) if space still available.
Student Membership $225.00 a year (16 to 21 years of age)
**Active/Veteran Military discount of $75.00 Off any hunting membership (must provide proof) **
Regular Recreation Membership $250.00 a Year
Group Recreation Plan $600.00 per year (Up to 7 Persons)
Student Recreation $125.00 (16 to 21 years of age)
Youth Membership is FREE for anyone under 15 years of age (form still needs to be completed)
MEMBERSHIP FEES MAY BE PAID BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD 3% FEE for ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.

It must be understood by all participating members that DeHart’s Hunting and recreation club and responsible parties can assume NO responsibility for accidents involving firearms, tree stands, wild animals, vehicles, weather and any other hazards either natural or manmade. DeHart’s Hunting and Recreation Club will provide a place to hunt and for recreation. It will not provide room and board or guide services. DeHart’s does not guarantee the harvesting of any game, each member is expected to rely on his or her own skills and woodsman ship to ensure a rewarding hunting experience.
I agree that I will not hold DeHart’s Hunting and Recreation Club, its officers, agents and associates responsible for any accidents or dangers that may befall on me while hunting or other on, traveling to or from, the property or any accidents or illnesses which result from activities associated on DeHart’s Hunting and Recreation Club or it’s leased property.
